USAID Agro grant for the development and implementation of a service to automate the financing of agro MSMEs through agricultural notes

The USAID Agro grant will provide co-financing in the amount of up to UAH 20 million for the development and implementation of a service to automate the financing of agro MSMEs through agrarian notes.

Own contribution of at least 20% of the project budget. The USAID Agro grant involves the involvement of non-state economic entities in the development and implementation of a service to automate the process of interaction between agro MSMEs and lenders when financing using agrarian notes. The main objectives of this subgrant are:

Increase the financing of agro MSMEs through agrarian notes, which will allow expanding opportunities for financing the sowing campaign.

Expand the infrastructure and existing model of cooperation with suppliers, banks, and financial companies so that more farmers can use financial instruments.

Resolve the issue of mandatory collateral for obtaining bank or commodity loans and reduce the time for its processing.

Raising awareness of targeted MSMEs about available tools and mechanisms for attracting financing.

Within the framework of the sub-grant, at least 200 targeted agro MSMEs should be financed for the amount of at least 200 million UAH.
